15-20 mins before each meal.

How much weight will I gain?

If you are taking your dosage every day 3 times a day and eating clean healthy meals while maintaining an intermediate gym routine you could gain up to 5-7 lbs per week (everyone is different). If you are not consistent with taking your dosage your results may vary. Who should not take Apetamin?

Are there any side effects?

There are two major side effects everybody will tell you.

Drowsiness – Some individuals might experience tiredness and sleepy. I would recommend taking the syrup on weekends for the first time.

However, these effects last only a couple of days of its initial use and then your body gets used to it.
